Now that Shrek’s out of the picture, how does Puss fair out on his own? Something that only AniMat (and maybe everyone else who saw this film) would know.

Comment: I also had my doubts when I heard it was nothing like the original tale and that Zack Galifianakis was in it and he usually is typecast as annoying idiots made me not want to see it, but this review changed my opinion of it and now I want to see it.

Comment: That was a pretty cool film. I didn't find many of the jokes very funny, but the action/adventure stuff and visual spectacle made this a fair holiday treat. It's not as good as other DreamWorks productions like "Kung Fu Panda 2", but it's good enough to stand on its own. P.S. @4:53 Cleveland Show sucks.

Comment: I absolutely ADORED this movie! True, it wasn't as good as the first two Shrek movies (although it DID kick the crap out of Shrek the Third AND Shrek Forever After in my opinion!) but still, it's hard not to love Puss in Boots. I mean, c'mon, he's essentially Antonio Banderas in cat form, what's not to love?

Comment: This movie was WAY better than Shrek 3&4. But not as good as the 1st 2 Shrek films. It sort of lacks a bit of..."spark" that the first 2 but still a decent film. I think they're going to make more of these films until they get tiring kinda old, and then they'll wrap it up with a film that will finally tie into the Shrek saga
