Comment: I. FREAKING. LOVE. MARY POPPINS! when i was little, i would watch the movie so many times that my mom bought me my own vhs so i wouldn't ruin my grandma's copy of the vhs. to this day, i have a good british accent that i can fake(it's not perfect, but it can help in acting) and i can even sing supercalifragilisticexpialidocious in my faked british accent, because i have seen it THAT many times. who framed roger rabbit is on my must see list.

Comment: You forgot about Pete's Dragon, it has an animated character. Plus Mickey Rooney is beloved by all. I would skip Bedknobs and Broomsticks because the only major scene is the animal soccer game.

Comment: Amen to that Cronos! That Fellow didn't go into much detail about each movie! Not that it's a bad thing, but people like lots of facts!

Comment: I'm surprised you never mentioned that don knotts also did a filmation character that bears resemblance to Disney's Jiminy Cricket! Look up Pinocchio and the Emperor of the Night and you'll know what I'm talking about!

Comment: I LOVED that ANimation Lookback series of yours. Do you think you do a little history on the rise and fall of Don Bluth? I heard that Siskel and Ebert gave "An American Tail" two thumbs... (wait for it) ...DOWN!!! Why? Because they said it was too depressing.

Comment: Being a huge Disney-fan myself (and having held a lecture on it) I must say I enjoyed this lookback. You've got a lot of info here, in fact even more than I knew. But that's been part of the fun to learn more from my favorite animation studio. Thank you for this, Mat. It's been a blast!
