Comment: Great video, Mr. Coat. Rugrats is one of the only 1990s Nickelodeon shows that I hooked up with. But Rugrats season 1's animation is awful. The animation in Rugrats season 1 is really bad and the character designs are so sloppy. Man, the animators are very lazy to animated Rugrats during season 1. But the animation season 2 onwards is better than the season 1's animation. I love the post 1997 animation though. Season 4 is my favorite season so far. But season 1-3 is also really funny. Some of the crying scenes are very funny. Angelica crying after she lost watching Christmas Cynthia special is hilarious and say "I want my Cynthia ." Dil crying is also pretty funny since he was only a baby. Too bad Kimi is not very popular. I think that Kimi is forgotten. I also look up The Rugrats Movie as a kid. Man, good times. The late 1990s Rugrats episodes was the best even though most Rugrats viewers think season 1/2/3 was better. It's just my opinion. Awesome video. :)

Comment: i miss old teletoon, new teletoon shows things in blocks of back to back episodes and has nowhere near the variety it used to have.

Comment: WAIT, Wait, wait. At 7:22, did Angelica actually reference the 1989 Don Bluth movie "All dogs go to heaven"? That was something I did not remember when I watched this franchise as a child.

Comment: The Rugrats movie does offer a much better reenacment of a childhood game then the Disney vertion of Peter Pan does! Alos it has a very good view of how only babies think that the Earth is fat nowadays and it made me cry at multiple different juncters!

Comment: Groovy one, Mr. Coat!
More depth could of improved it, but overall a nice peak into the world of the rugrats.
Certainly a better video than an egotist trying to be funny for 20 minutes...

Comment: Rugrats was one of my favorite shows. I saw the first two movies in theaters and loved them. The third one I did not see but I was never into the Thornberrys...I watched a few episodes of All Grown Up but that was it. I checked it out because I was curious what they looked liked as teens but I also was all grown up

Comment: OMG, I remember Rugrats...when I was a kid, I loved it (so much so that I actually saw Rugrats Live when it came close to our area), but now that I'm an adult, I'm not so into it anymore. Nicely done, Mr. Coat! PS, I loved the title card! That is one of my all-time favorite Rugrats moments!

Comment: Love this show, got really hyped when you announced you were doing this. Great analysis on the series; I agreed with much of what you said, though I actually find the second movie to be better than the first and I find the third one to be decent (though not as good as the first two). Still, great video!

Comment: I liked the show up until Kimi was added the stories were a lot tamer and more kiddy than ever before, the quality had dipped earlier with Dil but Kimi sealed it's fate, and I only really like the first movie.

Comment: Oh how I miss the Rugrats. Nice lookback Mr. Coat. However, like Benjamin I am curious to know why you did not mention Susie. Also (in case you don't know) the original pilot for this show can be found on YouTube. Good episode and God bless you.

Comment: Personally, I consider Rugrats in Paris the best of the movies. The reason is because while the first and third ones don't do much to appeal to older audiences, this one did and even managed to make me cry a couple of times, which is saying something coming from this series.

Comment: Nice review Mr. Coat. I'm surprised that you never mentioned Susie. I thought she was a very interesting supporting character. Then there's the bonus that she's voiced by one of my favorite voice actors: Cree Summer.
