Comment: Even though the hyenas will always be much worse, I still thought that Timon and Pumbaa were annoying, regardless of that. Why would anyone fart gas like that in a Disney movie? Really? And the fact that they're a little against the film's supposed "morals" don't really help, either. My favorite sidekick is Tails (from the Sonic series), and he always will be much better to appreciate then this duo from The Lion King will ever be. At least, for me, anyways.

Comment: This is actually one of Disney's best sequels and I love this movie to death! True, sidekicks are awesome especially ones like Yoshi, Jiminy, Tails ect. I feel Luigi isn't a good sidekick 'cause he's kind of a wuss (Luigi's Mansion) and has terrible tast in women (Princess Daisy) Oh, for all the Luigi fan-girls/boys out there, they've announced a 3DS sequel to Luigi's Mansion.

Comment: I really like all the Lion King movies... and I love the way they integrated the original bits of The Lion King into 1 & 1/2 The series was okay... but of course totally not related to the canon of the movies... I think I prefer "Hakuna Matata" as it seems to be a much more universal song... it also reminds me of "Don't Worry be Happy" And BTW "The Lion King" is my favorite movie

Comment: I Love Timon and Pumba. If only the gargoyles from The Hunch Back of Norte Dame was more like them. Did you know the characters are also based on George and Lenny in Of Mice and Men? Which is confusing since latter on they show to have equal intelligence in the spin offs.(not much like there John Steinbeck inspirations) Not just to discuss works of literature. Speaking of which the animators screwed up the books and thought Grape of Wraith was the story that inspired Timon and Pumba,not of Mice and Men.

Comment: Nathan Lane didn't voice Timon for the cartoon series, I think he was voiced by Quinton Flynn who did Axel in Kingdom Hearts and Silver the Hedgehog in Free Riders and every thing after I think. My best Disney sidekick is Jiminy, he's been mistreated over the years I feel he needs some respect (Ristar and Dynamite Headdy too!) I'm writing a fanfiction called the Star King (starring Ristar) with Rayman (Ubisoft) as Timon and Knuckles (SEGA) as Pumbaa.

Comment: I know this is extremely innapropriate, but if beauty and the beast is your favorite musical, why didn't you put it above the producers in your top 15 favorite movies? Mr. Coat: Because I didn't just take the film versions into consideration when I made that list, but the stage versions of those musicals as well. Comment: Nice work with this video. I have always liked Timon & Pumbaa. The Lion King 1 1/2 was one of the few enjoyable Disney sequels as you said and good luck finding Timon. I have seen the play and I actually thought it was better than the movie and I think Hakuna Matata in the play does a better job of showing Simba growing up. Though that is just my thought. Unlike you though, I relate more to Pumbaa but my favorite Disney sidekick will always be Timothy Q. Mouse from Dumbo.

Though of course, much love to these guys, Tinkerbell, Sebastian and Jimminy. Villains and Sidekicks, Disney knows how to make'em.
