Comment: HEY FILMBUFF! Filmation actually do have good animation in 1987 with Pinocchio and the Emperor of the Night which in my opinion is BETTER than Disney! It starred Don Knotts and James Earl Jones to name a few. Check it out PLZ!

Comment: To FIlmbuff: Well batmite did appear in the Batman comics since 1959 and will always appear in the comics despite the now darker tone than the comics in 50's (i mean a lot darker then 50's and mid 40's comics)

Comment: I can't agree more. And this was not the last of Bat-Mite. He later re-appeared in a more respectful form in the new Batman series and voiced by Paul Rubens aka Pee Wee Herman.

Comment: I thought the new adventures of batman wasn't gonna be good, but after watching these clips this is as horrible as (ugh,) Batman And Robin

Comment: To Jordan: The answer is pretty obvious. Even the tv movie had an environmental message that was in your face.

Comment: Ok. This is the real Morgan. The true McCoy. Now, I can switch back to my regular name. Disregard the two here. I only respond if it's a question or an intersting comment. Now that I think about it, I think the one credited as Mohammad did this, oh well.

Comment: In my opinion, the 70s were the worst decade for animation. The animation was jarringly stiff and simplistic (even more than the 60s), the premises and characters were recycled beyond belief, and even the poor Looney Tunes weren't safe from the effects (not that they were bad; they were just at their lowest quality during that decade). I agree that The Banana Splits was that decade's only saving grace--save for the animated segments. I'd never seen the show until I got Boomerang on digital cable a few years back, and it's actually one of the funniest shows I'd unfortunately missed out on as a kid.
