Comment: I'm afraid these are all shows that I either heard about as a kid but never watched (Chip and Dale Rescue Rangers, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles), never watched regularly but caught an episode or part of an episode of once because it happened to be on when I turned on the TV(Animaniacs, Tiny Toons, New Adventures of Winnie the Pooh), or just never even heard about (He-Man). I was born in 1990, but I think I missed most of the TV cultural phenomena of my generation (not just the shows mentioned here, but also Power Rangers, Pok-e-Mon, Batman: The Animated Series). Sometimes it makes me feel sad, like I missed something. I did watch Dexter's Lab, Powerpuff Girls, Teen Titans and Toonami's versions of Sailor Moon and Reboot, though. Those are the shows I feel nostalgic about. By the way, Fellow, where did you film this? It looks like a different location from your later videoes.

Comment: Disney channel needs to get rid of Mickey Mouse Clubhouse. Why? its so stupid and its disrespecting Mickey Mouse. They need to put House of Mouse back on and there is a rumor going around that Disney Channel might bring back House of Mouse either with new episodes (if they do I hope they add Oswald the lucky rabbit,Ortensia the cat,Oswald's girlfriend,Fanny cottontail rabbit, and The bunny kids) or the re runs

Comment: Disney is amazing back then. No stupid modern Disney in general. I hate today's Disney. That's why Disney back then is better. TV shows from the 1980's and 1990's was awesome. Better than today's bad TV shows. Only a few TV shows from the 2000's were good too like The Fairly OddParents and Kirby: Right Back At Ya. But the biggest 1990's phenomenon is Pokemon. Pokemon is great back then. Ah yes, the excellent 150 Pokemon like Squirtle, Pikachu and Jigglypuff and other memorable Pokemon since 1998 when it reached the US. Even Pokemon video games rocked back then. It's a shame that Pokemon wasn't as popular as it used to be back in 1998. That's why 1980's TV shows like Chip N Dale Rescue Rangers and 1990's TV shows like Pokemon are alot better than those terrible 2000's TV shows like Hannah Montana. Even SpongeBob SquarePants is great back then. I hate today's SpongeBob SquarePants. Old SpongeBob SquarePants is better. Great video, That Fellow In The Coat. :)

Comment: He-Man... wearing pink for the same reason Timmy has a pink hat... the character designer's blue marker wasn't working... XD not sure if that's really true for Adam, but it is true for Timmy (The Fairly Odd Parents) I MISS ALL THESE SHOWS!!! (well, not He-Man...) They just don't make'em like they used to... gosh I wish they would just re-run these shows instead of replacing them entirely... all three prime networks seem to have gone downhill since these days: I'm taking of course about Disney, Nickelodean, and Cartoon Network... at least Nick had Spongebob... that was good for 3 seasons, but now it's awful... not to mention DORA... UGH!!!!! But then they have Avatar (no relation to Mr. Cameron), and that show KICKS ASS... Disney has just gone down the tubes... and WTF happened to CN?! No anime and starting to bring in live action?! NO! NO! NO! Plus they don't have any of the good old stuff on their regular channel... if you want to see Hanna Barbara you gotta pay extra for their "Boomerang" channel, and you hardly ever see Looney Tunes on TV anymore... except occasionally on TCM really early in the morning... I miss these cartoons... sigh... hopefully the studios will be good to us and release them on DVD so that we can show them to our kids instead of having them watch whatever is on now... actually I did recently get DVD's of Talespin, and Duck Tales... I also want to get some Chip N' Dale Rescue Rangers, and I have Gummi Bears... MY GOODNESS!!! THEY NEED TO RELEASE SEASONS 4 to 6... YOU LISTENING DISNEY EXECUTIVES?! MORE GUMMI BEARS, PLEASE!!! Also... anybody else feel insulted by the "warning label" on the Looney Tunes DVD's... FOR CRYING OUT LOUD IT SAYS THEY'RE NOT FOR KIDS... I personally do not want to live in a world where Looney Tunes are not acceptable for children...

Comment: I notice a lot of people here are taking nostalgia a little too far. What? Did everyone just forget about the existence of Avatar: The Last Airbender? What about Phineas and Ferb? Ben 10/Alien Force? None of those ring a bell? (Heck, even Adventure Time has hints of Invader Zim-ness in it) A lot of book adaptations are quite good too, and you gotta love the Canadian cartoons and their ability to get away with stuff America can't these days. (Including the teen stuff like Total Drama Island, which for whatever reason is often mistaken for a kid's show... seriously, wtf?)

Comment: YOU TOTALLY FORGOT BONKERS!!! I'm sorry, but that show was the best show EVER!!! It might be because I have a fetish for Bonkers, but it was still cool. It's almost like a spinoff of Roger Rabbit.

Comment: Dude, who DOESN'T love Winnie-the-Pooh? Hell, my parents both still love Winnie-the-Pooh, and they're both in their mid-fifties! And I agree, Animaniacs kicked ASS! Everyone I know loves that show!

Comment: True dat. I didn't remember Brain wanting to actually HELP people, but that's probably since I haven't seen this show since I was about 6 (I'm 20 now.) Ratigan, on the other hand, was a hardcore badass who wanted to take over the Empire by killing the Queen and actually fed a guy to his pet cat just for calling him a rat. DAMN.

Comment: I'm sorry, but quite frankly, I never liked Pinky and the Brain (although I loved the two other Spielberg cartoons you mentioned.) For one thing, as much as I love Rob Paulsen, I always found his character Pinky just so goddamn ANNOYING! And for another thing, Brain was not a great villain. He definitely paled in comparison to ANOTHER kickass rodent villain that everyone probably already knows I love. (*cough* Ratigan *cough*) I'd love to see Brain try to take on Ratigan; his tech may be more advanced, but there's a reason Ratty is called the World's Greatest Criminal Mind, peeps! That Fellow: To be honest, I never saw the Brain as a villain, since his reasons for taking over the world were actually to help mankind (e.g. end world hunger, better health care plans, etc.). And yeah, I can see Ratigan beating Brain, but their motivations are quite different.

Comment: Well, if there is one show I can think of that is "these days" extremely violent, that would be Spectacular Spider-Man, it may look kind of kiddy with the drawing style, but that's so can have all the kick ass fight scenes (and to your point of no one getting hit with a hammer, in one fight scene Spidey gets smacked on the head with a beer bottle and it is actually kind of zany)

Comment: Disney has the greatest cartoons during the 90s and I loved them all. Tiny Toons Adventures kicks ass, and Animaniacs is the best one of all.
