I remember when Nicktoons Network said that right before "Ren & Stimpy" would start. Though it is twisted and surreal, I still wouldn't say it's #1, and I actually hated that slogan that Nicktoons used. "The Ren & Stimpy Show" gets rejected and judged unfairly by some people, thinking it's nothing but childish toilet humor, but there's so much more to it than that. It's brilliantly animated, and is also very witty and satirical. I know the show does have a big fan-base, and was very popular when it originally aired, and that's a good thing, but it still gets unfair critisism by some uptight, fun-hating, humorless jerks who judge it by one or two episodes that were probably made after John K. was fired.

Comment: you should've included "Adventure Time", "Bobobo-bo-bobobo", "Cow and Chicken", and "Fanboy & Chum Chum" those shows are messed up! I don't think Ren & Stimpy deserved to be number 1 though. Sure there is some craziness like Powdered Toast Man, and Rubber Nipples, but I think Ren & Stimpy isn't as insane as it's cracked up to be. Sure it's one of the funniest cartoon shows ever, and it can be pretty surreal, but #1 craziest cartoon? I don't think so. I think it should've been around #7 or #8. "The Ren & Stimpy Show" is definately not crazier than "The Twisted Tales of Felix the Cat". Good work though!
