Comment: Okay, I don't think Antz looks that interesting. I might check it out one day, but we'll just have to see about that. The Prince of Egypt is one of my all time favorite movies. I think it's around number 12. I just got the DVD a few months ago, and it blew my head off with the impressive visuals. Don't worry, I just checked out of the hospital with positive results. I haven't seen The Road to El Derado recently, but I remember laughing my ass off while watching this great omage to the Bob hope and Bing Crosby road movies. Chicken Run was also great. I am a big fan of the Wallace and Grommit shorts. When I was little I practically destroyed the tapes by watching them so much. Chicken run, to me, remains the best stop motion film yet.(I havn't seen Coroline) As with Shrek, it was kinda meh. I never owned it until now, and I remember liking it when i was little, but now it just isn't that entertaining. I don't think I ever got a laugh out of it in my recent watch, although I loved donkey. Spirit was mediocre in my opinion. When I was little, I kinda liked it, but it didnt' really interest me. Sinbad interested me, but didn't entertain me. I hated the dog, the main character, the story, the dog, the monsters, the dog, the locations, oh, and did I mention the friggin dog! Just kidding. It wasn't all that bad, but still mediocre. Shark Tale advertisements propelled me away from that movie. That's all I have to say about Shark Tale. Madagascar same. Wallace and Grommit the Curse of the Wererabbit was good, but it didn't do it for me and I'd rather stick with the shorts, although I am interested in seeing it again. I'll probably have better appreciation for it. I guess it was because of the addition of many characters, when the shorts mainly focused on Wallace and Grommit.

Comment: Now do a lookback of MGM/WB... I tried watching Antz... I find it totally uninteresting... there is an interesting "problem" with both Antz and A Bug's Life (did you ever notice A Bug's Life is the story of a communist revolution?) anyway... ALL WORKER ANTS ARE FEMALE... in both these movies they don't seem to care about that at all... well... there are more weird things than that... in fact the whole depiction of inscects is completely fantastic... but that one little thing always "bugged" me... sorry, bad pun... Prince of Egypt is well done, but sends such a weird message... the message I picked up from it is, "God is a jerk." I prefer the Joseph movie, which has a wonderful message of forgiveness... I love "The Road to El Dorado" I only had 2 little problems with it... 1) Soundtrack SUCKS... and I mean that b/c the movie has A F***KING AWESOME SCORE AND NONE OF IT IS ON THE CD... 2) Weak ending... they should have just used Cortez more effectively and left out the whole giant magical jaguar thing... it was weird, abrupt, and silly... AARDMAN ROCKS!!! I maintain that Shrek is mean spirited, and teaches bad lessons to kids. I commented on this on another one of your videos, but I must again say that poking fun at Disney is one thing, but blowing up a bird IS NOT FUNNY!!!!! Also... the death of the villain in the first film by the "hands" of a character connected to "our heroes" reinforces the idea that's it fine to take revenge. The second film I like better... as it's morals improved, and it just seemed... better... but I still don't like Shrek... Spirit is very good, and very underrated... especially the music!!! Sinbad is... meh... that was a bad year for traditional animation... Shark Tale SUCKS!!! A lot of people like Madagascar, but... I just... don't... And of course... Aardman rocks again...

Comment: Uh, on second thought, maybe I should watch Spirit: Stallion of the Cimarron. The song, Here I am has already got me motivated. And I'm glad not to go see Shark Tale.

Comment: Okay, here's what I have to say. Don't care about ANTZ. I've recently watched The Prince Of Egypt last month and I loved it. I also loved The Road To El Dorado. It's a fantastic movie. I've also liked Chicken Run. A good movie. Amazing and this movie is the first time I've heard about Dreamworks, although I never got a chance to see it in theatres. Ah, I also liked Shrek. Really funny. Meh, Spirit. I've also recently enjoyed Sinbad: Ledgends of the Seven Seas. Shame that Dreamworks gave up on 2D animation after that. But I really enjoyed Shrek 2! But I agree with you on Shark Tale! I never bothered with that movie. Worthless movie! But I enjoyed Madagascar, as it is a really funny movie. I've also enjoyed Wallace And Gromit And The Curse Of The WereRabbit. As I love the duo. A set of interesting movies.

Comment: Stephen Schwartz and Hans Zimmer wrote the music for The Prince of Egypt. In terms of memeorable songs, I find "When You Believe" from Prince of Egypt and "Accidently in Love" from Shrek 2 to be the best ones, in my opinion.

Comment: Gabe: Janeane Garofalo was switched with Cameron Diaz, because following Chris Farley's death, they re-wrote the script and so Fiana then become much different than the character intended for Garofalo. In regards to the DVD of the Were-Rabbit, the split between DreamWorks and Aardman occured shortly after Flushed Away was released. As you can see, that DVD is now out-dated as Aardman is partnered with Sony Animation now.

Comment: I just got suggested your videos, so i checked them out. Good stuff, man. very informative, and right to the point. Simple editing, but it's apparent that a good amount of effort was put into it. If i had to critique anything, it's your VO and speech. it's not bad, but a little polish could help. You hesitated a lot and slipped up a few words. Overall, pretty good, i'll probably keep watching.

Comment: I think for the first time Disney had someone how was doing something that made Disney have to do better with there films. DreamWorks did that most of the film especially the three Shrek films are what made Disney relook at what they where doing. However if Disney dose good with The Frog and The Prince then maybe it might be a start of a gold tie for Disney next month will only tell how they do. Until then DreamWorks is sill on top for now.

Comment: Don't forget most of Dreamwork's CGI Movies seem to all end with everyone having one big party, noticed it in Shark Tale.
