Comment: Even though I'm not a very big fan of "South Park", I gotta agree Cartman is freain' hilarious sometimes, even though he's an evil little boy. I actually found Feathers McGraw from "The Wrong Trousers" to be more creepy than funny. That seen when Gromit is hiding in the box and Feathers notices him and walks slowly towards him. SCARY! I would like to add the Red Guy from "Cow and Chicken"; Bob the Killer Goldfish from "Earthworm Jim"; Yzma from "The Emporer's New Groove"; Hades from "Hercules"; Dr. Doofenschmirtz from "Phineas and Ferb"; Rumplestiltskin from "Shrek Forever After"; Ice King from "Adventure Time"; and Zim from "Invader ZIM". Good list.

Comment: My Top 11 Funniest Cartoon Villains: 1. Dr. Doofenshmirtz (Phineas & Ferb) - I don't think I spelled that right, but whatev 2. Hades (Hercules) 3. Prof. Ratigan (The Great Mouse Detective) 4. Sheldon J. Plankton (SpongeBob SquarePants) 5. Dr. Drakken (Kim Possible) - he was totally the comedy relief of the villains; Shego was the better villain 6. Capt. Hook (Peter Pan) 7. Team Rocket (Pokemon) 8. Pete (Mickey Mouse universe) 9. Heather (Total Drama Island) -OK, the character herself isn't very funny, but all the karma things that happens to her (i.e. getting shot in the ass with a tranquilizer dart and Lindsay cussing her out) were pretty freakin' hilarious 10. many of the villains from Darkwing Duck - haven't seen that show since I was about ten, so I don't remember any names 11. Comment: Dear Mr. Fellow, I am a huge fan of your website. I loved this countdown, mainly because South Park is my favorite show on TV & the fact that Cartman was #1. But I must remind you that, although he is an evil boy, Cartman does save the day in some episodes. For instance, he destroyed the planetarium that hypnotized all of South Park. Anyway, I think all these villains are funny. I personally think you should have mentioned these guys: *Hades from Hercules *Dr. Evil from Austin Powers (not a cartoon, but still funny) *Plankton from Spongebob Squarepants *Yzma from the Emperor's New Groove *Team Rocket from Pokemon *Kim Jong Il from Team America *Angelica Pickles from Rugrats *Dr. Robotnik from Sonic the Hedgehog (not the Sat AM cartoon, the stupider one) These villains are hilarious. I personally like funnier villains. But I think scarier villains, like Scar from the Lion King, are really cool. You should totally make a list of Scariest Cartoon Villains. Comment: Good list with some memorable and indeed comedic villains. Two of my favorites not mentioned are Dr. Doofenshmirtz from "Phineas and Ferb" (another villain as goofy as enjoyable as his fellow Disney Channel cohort Dr. Drakken) and Bluto from the '30s Popeye cartoons (for a guy with basically no character development, he still manages to steal the show as many times as he steals Olive Oyl).
