Comment: I like some of Hanna-Barbera's work. Their Tom & Jerry shorts are by far the best. I loved "The Flintstones"; "The Jetsons"; "Top Cat"; "Yogin Bear"; "2 Stupis Dogs"; "SWAT Kats"; and the Cartoon Cartoons. You are right about Scooby-Doo being the same thing every episode, but I still like Scooby. Your re-enactment was very funny though. Great look-back, Mr. Coat! PS - Have you ever seen "Space Ghost: Coast to Coast" a parody of Hanna-Barbera's Space Ghost? I thought it was hilarious, but what did you think of it?

Comment: I like Scooby Doo despite it's repetitive nature... a few years ago I got to meet Mr. Barbara... it was right before he passed away. I'll always remember that... I LOVE CHARLOTTE'S WEB... apologies to Mr. White, but the songs are really good, especially "Charlotte's Web" and "Mother Earth & Father Time" I think I almost like "A Pup Named Scooby Doo" better than the original series... the only good Scooby Doo movies are the first and second animated ones... all the other ones are crappy... I really dislike almost any live action movie based on a cartoon show... they just don't seem to translate well... I really like Craig McCraken... I wish Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends hadn't gone away...

Comment: Sorry that you don't like Scooby-Doo. The only things didn't like about the show is the spin-offs called "What's New Scooby-Doo," and "Shaggy and Scooby-Doo Get A Clue" (poorly animated and written), and I really loathe the live-action movies of Scooby-Doo. Mostly because those two movies started the renacaunce of the live-action movies based on cartoons today. The basically have the same formula as well: 1.) Characters act totally out of character, 2.) They are played by unlikely celebraties that have nothing in common with the characters, 3.) No effort put into them, 4.) Bad acting, writting, and the director, 5. Fart-jokes, 6.) Humor that is too mature for kids but too immature for adults, 7.) Point-less love-interests that won't appeare in the sequal (like Shaggy's girlfriend Mary-Jane, and Velma's boyfriend Randy), 8.) Toilet humor, 9.) Sexual jokes that aren't very clever, and so on.

Comment: Next to Disney, Hanna-Barbera may be my favorite cartoon studio of all time. I agree that Top Cat is underrated, it was AWESOME! I STILL cry everytime I watch Charlotte's Web, even though everyone knows the ending! AAAGGHH! NOT THAT CRAPPY TOM AND JERRY MOVIE! Great Scooby-Doo reenactment, BTW, Fellow!

Comment: I hope you cover some other animation studios, like DiC. We used to watch alot of their shows back in the 90s, like Sonic or Inspector Gadget, and now... they're only a handful of shows, like Horseland and new Care Bears, left that are on syndication.

Comment: Check out Harvey Birdman. Good spoofs on H-B cartoons where characters go to court. Scooby Doo and Shaggy are suspected of using drugs, The Jetsons go back in time to sue for global warming, and Droopy's botox goes horribly wrong.
