Comment: I'm really late on this one, but I wanted to add an alternate opinion to the comment board. I grew up watching this movie, and I've always enjoyed it. I feel like a lot of the jokes are geared toward an African American audience. That's not to say that it's racist, or that white people cannot enjoy it; the filmmakers (and Harris' stand-up routine)poke a lot of fun at the "ghetto" stereotypes which were recognized in predominantly black neighborhoods, at least in 1992. Robin's ex and her friend are prime examples of that: ruffly tube tops revealing an unflattering shape, obnoxious colors, press-on nails, etc. And the over-the-top personalities of Bebe's Kids were modeled after Harris' popular comedy routine, which was in a CD appropriately titled "Bebe's Kids". As for the animation, where there any mind-blowing special effects in any animated film from 1992? Styles constantly change and develop. Eventually critics are going to snub Avatar in favor of the new and "improved" movie-goer's experience. That was a long way of saying that I disagree with your one-star rating, haha. I think it was a case of the wrong movie for the wrong audience. Sort of like asking an 8-year-old girl what she thinks of JFK's famous "Ask Not" Inaugural Address; the two just don't go together.

Comment: Although you think Bebe's Kids is awful, actually, there is a short film that comes along with this movie. It's called Itsy Bitsy Spider. It stars many actors including Jim Carrey. I have seen it on youtube yesterday. And I really enjoyed it. It was cute and hilarious. The animation for it is way better than Bebe's Kids. If you want, you can watch it for yourselves.

Comment: *tisk-tisk-tisk* I can't believe that this film was animted by the same guy that created "The Proud Family," did the animated sequences of the live-action/animated film adaptation of "Fat Albert", and animated Dr. Falicier (from "The Princess and the Frog" ). Speaking of "Fat Albert," this film whole film ripped-off the same idea of the original 70's cartoon: an animation version of a stand-up comedy.

Comment: Did you know that this movie was one of the first animated movies to be given a PG-13 rating? That's probably one reason why this film didn't do very well. Taht and lack of promotion.

Comment: Too bad we don't hear Tone Loc's voice in animated movies anymore. It sounds SOOO COOL! By the way, N.C's review of the video game was hilarious!

Comment: Okay, okay. I must say I think this is one of the funniest reviews you've made. Sorry you felt down in this review because you've watched a really bad movie. But still, I thought it was funny. And although I don't watch the Nostalgia Critic, I find this clip of him to be hilarious. But yeah, I should agree with you. From the movie clips here, I should say that Bebe's Kids should be undeserving and unwanted and unworthy. And yeah, the animation is messy, I must agree. Extremely messy. Glad I've never heard about this movie before.

Comment: Hey Hewy. What do you think of N.C's review of this movie? I saw parts of this movie and it doesn't look nearly as bad as oh say Quest for Camelot. *Shivers*

Comment: Poor Hewy, having to actually WATCH this shitty movie! I've never seen this movie before, but my aunt did and she said it SUCKED! It doesn't even deserve ONE star! PS, love the Nostalgia Critic!

Comment: You know i actually like this movie, i first saw it when i was 7 or something. I don't know how you can really bash the animation not when the simsons movie showed more than anyone ever wanted to see. at least its not the same as everything else coming out at the time.

Comment: Dear Mr. Lewis, I am a huge fan of your reviews. Did you know that Robin Harris actually died 2 years before this movie came out? This means he never saw it. I think if he saw this movie, he would hate it. Now, I watched the original stand up of his sketch. I thought it was decent. It's not Jeff Dunham, but still alright. I'm glad I never saw this movie. What's next: an animated film based off of John Pinette's comedy sketch of him going to the waterpark? Check it out: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EtzFgtd1C5c Thank you for your time. -Danny

Comment: I think your intro is a bit long, but good. And I think that if one has to call the place Funworld, it's not very fun. And it sounded like when they said "It's animation", they cut something out. And Super Nintendo was the console, and I assume whoever made the game is now defunct from making bad games.
