Comment: Either you didn't play the Pokemon gamess or you didn't know that it's a video game franchise by Nintendo. As I'm commenting this this year is Pokemon's 15th anniversary and Yu-Gi-Oh! Zexal which is the fourth series has started airing in Japan you can watch it subbed. Waching Digimon subbed is 100x better than watching it dubbed as well as the later seasons including the recent Xros Wars.

Comment: The third segment based on the japanese counterpart is actually non-canon as anounced by Toei Entertainment. The other two lasting from 20 minutes and 40 minutes take place before and after Digimon Adventure. The third segment takes place after the Digimon Kaiser saga after Ken Ichijouji was turned back to his original state and came to his senses. The orginal runtime was 60 minutes, Saban used only 30 minutes of it to fill the 90 minute runtime.

You didn't even mention the OST which contained memorable hits including Rockafeller Skank by Fatboy Slim, My Best are Metalheads by Less Than Jake, The Impression That I get by Mighty Mighty Bosstones, Allstar by Smash Mouch (which was originally written for the cult classic Mystery Men), Len's butchering of Kim Wilde's Kids in America and songs made for the english dub of Adventure 1 & 2.

Comment: Nice review. I know you've never saw the original Japanese versions of the original film, but I'll tell the correct dialouges on some of them.1.) In Digimon Adventure the movie (act 1) Koromon never talked when he was Botamon, Agumon, or Greymon. 2.) Tai's mom doesn't make disgusting recipes to make you sick. 3.) The "beef-jerky shakes" were actually glasses of oolang tea, but the American writters of Suban changed because apparently they don't like tea. 4.)Willice/Wallace (his original name) didn't create Diaboromon nor made Kokomon digivolve into the ugly monster. And 5.) That one scene where Willice/Wallace was ordering a pizza to make him and the other Digidestins to to Summer Memory Colarado (?): In the original version Yoile and Cody left before Willice made a phone call, and he wasn't ordering a pizza, he was calling his mother (and Terriermon was making fun of how fat Willice's mom is, not Davis). And 6.) In the scene where Willice/Wallace was telling Davis the story about him and his Digimon: In the original version Davis wasn't crying about Willice's story, he was crying about how he thinks he's not worthy of being Veemon's partner and what would've happened to Veemon if he treated him so badly.

Comment: All right! Digimon! I love Digimon alot. I have first seen it a month before the second season came out in the USA. Now for this review, I think it's really good. Despite the mass swearing in this one, but oh well. And yet it was funny as ususal. Now, for this movie, I think it was all right. Although I missed my chance to go see Digimon the movie in theatres, I enjoyed it when I bought it on VHS. It was okay, but I wish more Digimons would have appeared in it, though. I'm working on that. And yes, I have seen the original Japanese movies thanks to a website from long ago. I think they are amazing. I'll tell you the story about the many cuts later. Anyway, this is a good review. I may read your Digimon heroes one day soon.

Comment: Personally, I'm not in to digimon, but this was pretty epic! I'm still gonna stick with pokemon. I have been in love with pokemon since I was 5(!). Sure the Gold and Silver season on the show wasn't good, but the games were the best! Much better than it's predecessor Ruby and Sapphire. Anyways, can you review Brave Little Toaster please? I've always liked that movie and I'd like to see your opinion on it. 6:55- OMG!!! it's Mochi from the Dears manga! 19:37- Excellent reference there! O.O
