Comment: I like option C!!!
I think they went through a "worm hole" not a black hole... a black hole kinda more or less would KILL YOU... most likely... not make you travel back in time...
Oh well... when you have a movie with a giant space flower shaped thing and a pink spaceship that says BARBIE on it... all logic is suddenly gone... Where's Doc Brown when you need him?
I played with Barbie dolls, but as soon as I discovered Star Wars action figures the Barbies... they couldn't compete...

Comment: I had never heard about this movie until the video. I grew up with the Barbie movies, but this one dosnt look as good as the later ones like the Nutcracker or Rapunzel. But overall, good video!

Comment: You're forgetting another series Saban contributed to - POWER RANGERS! (but I guess that doesn't count sense it's live-action and not animated)

I was pretty huge on Barbie when I was a kid, though I can't for the life of me recall what I used to play with them for most of the time(though I'm pretty sure it was mostly some variation on house). I do remember reenacting the plot of The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time a few times(plus that one time I had Ken cheat on Barbie with my Pocahontas doll...but that's a different story). Of course, then I discovered Belville(basically, Lego for girls)and pretty much stopped playing with Barbie dolls.
As for this movie, I remember seeing it when I was maybe 7-8 years old, but couldn't remember much else of it except that it had very pretty colors. So yeah, it was a rather forgettable movie(but at least it makes for good riffing material!).

Comment: Hilarious episode! I guess Barbie thought outer space was just a cool backdrop for her concert. The only catch is, your elligibility to attend requires an astronaut license and the budget for a space program.

Comment: As a woman who used to play with Barbies all throughout her early-to-mid girlhood, it's disappointing to see how horrible this movie looks (I've never actually seen it, but nothing about this review makes me want to anytime soon!) Great review, though, Face! Great to see a new vid from you! PS, I'm with you about the Disney Channel stars, I especially want to take a few punches at Hannah Montana!
